Why am I not seeing for a PDF or document on my iPad/iPhone?

If you are not seeing the red download links for a file or PDF, such as the Cricut Cheat Sheet PDF files, on your iPad/iPhone, this is most likely because you need to scroll the PAGE instead of the document. 

In this screenshot you will see that there is no link to download the file after scrolling through the document itself. 

However, if you use the scrollbar for the PAGE to scroll down the PAGE, you will see the red link to download the PDF file.
