How do I save my stickers to print somewhere else as I have no printer at home?

If you have no printer and would like to outsource the print job, you can! You can print your stickers at your local office supply store, copy shop, or a friend/family/neighbors's house. To do this, you will simply create your stickers as taught in the unit, and once you click "Make It," follow these steps:

1. Select the number of copies you want to print and click the Apply button. Then click on Continue in the lower right hand corner of the screen:

2. Click Send to Printer

3. In the Print Setup window that displays, whatever shows up in your Printer field is fine as you won't be using any printer to print this job. Be sure to click on the "Use System Dialog" button to turn it on (it should be green) and then click on the Print button:

4. Your print setup page will look like it is loading and it may be doing so in the background so you will need to pull your design space window down or minimize it to see the print set up page in behind it. If you're on a Mac, you simply need to click on the PDF button in the lower left hand corner and select Save as PDF.

If you're on Windows, click on the Printer menu and look for a printer named something like "Microsoft Save to PDF." Despite its name, Windows won’t print anything when you select this. Instead, it’ll save the file in a PDF format.

5. Give your PDF file a name in the Save As field and select a location to save it so you know where to find it once you are ready to take the file to be printed. Once you click on Save your file is saved and ready to be taken to the printer. Once you have your PDF file created you can email it to your local office supply store or to a friend where it can be printed.

6. Be sure to save your project in Design Space once you have gotten your PDF file saved. When you get your print job back home and are ready to cut it on the Cricut, simply load the saved project into Design Space and click the Make it button. Be sure to set the number of copies you are going to cut and click Apply. When the print screen presents, just click on the "I have already printed" button and you can proceed to select material and cut your amazing stickers!
