How do I fix a stuck blade?
If you get a message that your "blade is stuck" while doing a print and draw layer in Cricut Design Space for Desktop, here's what we've seen is helping people with this issue:
1. Try cleaning the blade. See this video:

2. Try pushing the blade-and-clamp assembly to the end of the bar.
3. Save your project, close Cricut Design Space, power your Cricut on and off again, re-open Design Space, and try again.
4. Try connecting via Bluetooth instead of USB.
5. Try opening the project on an iPhone, iPad, or Android and cut from there instead (if that is an option).
6. If nothing else works, hide the cut layer, do the draw layer but do not remove the mat. Now unhide the cut layer and hide the draw layer, and just do the cut in the next pass.
