How do I use the Custom Material setting on iOS?

After a test cut, sometimes you may need to use the Custom Material setting for the material you are cutting to get a better cut.  

1. With the design on your canvas, tap the Make It button.

2. Tap the Continue button on the Prepare screen.

3. Select your Device

4. To change the custom settings on the material you want to cut, tap on All Materials
, then tap Settings.

5. Search for the material you are cutting and tap it to open it.

6. Tap the Accessory (the default is usually fine) and choose a pressure with the slider. Typically, you want to increase pressure if you're having issues getting a clean cut.

7. Tap on the Save button

9. Tap the arrow keys in the upper left corner until you are back at the Make screen where you can now set your base material. Your machine will now use the new Custom Setting that you have set for your material.
