I get an "incompatible" message. What do I do?

All machine users: You will get a "Project Incompatible" message if your attached decal is too large for your cutting mat. Resize it to fit your mat (it needs to be under 11.5" on all sides).

Cricut Joy users: You will get a "Project Incompatible" message if attach your entire decal together. Instead, you need to attach your project in chunks, as shown in this video: https://app.searchie.io/watch/YxDW35pmDg?t=1426

Alternately, you can resize your entire decal to no more than 7" wide (and be sure to delete the rectangle I had you make when you were designing it).
